A pair of old Volvo MD2003-T benefitted from having their turbos serviced and overhauled after their owner realized they had seized.

This owner beneffited from having a pair of Yanmar 4JH110 engines regularly serviced.

Somebody else fitted a new fuel injection pump but the timing marks were not aligned. The fuel pump gear had slipped a tooth, making the engine not run well and smoke.

Loss of power and smoke coming out of the oil filler cap. Diagnosis - a cracked piston with big scores in the boars needed fixing.

There is a reason clear bowls are fitted!

Removal of an old 49 year old Perkins 4108 and replacement with a new Nanni N4-38 with the new engine being installed in a different direction making access easier.
